SB 810 (universal healthcare) was shot down as well. Employers will still be stuck administering health plans.

AB 227 appears to have stalled.

AB 335 has passed the assembly.

AB 527 was more or less defanged and went on to the Senate.

AB 842 was suspended in committee. Toast.

AB 1000 was suspended in committee. Toast.

AB 1001 was suspended in committee. Fried.

One upside of the continued budget woes, is that it looks like the Legislature will be only very minimally tinkering with employment laws this year.
