		<description>currently, California&#039;s FEHA, at Gov Code 12940(o), makes unlawful:
   &quot;(o) For an employer or other entity covered by this part, to
subject, directly or indirectly, any employee, applicant, or other
person to a test for the presence of a genetic characteristic.&quot;

I don&#039;t know if the federal legislation is similar in focusing on the prohibition on testing....</description>
