The legally handicapped tech press is having trouble doing a good legal analysis, but they are belatedly coming around to see that the thorniest issue here might be a trade secrets act lawsuit. I haven’t seen anyone pick up on the criminal side of the trade secrets law yet, mostly they are just arguing over the receipt of stole property issue.
