		<description>Jon-Erik:  Thanks for the link to the Jackson-Lewis article.  I interpret it to mean that the instruction (i.e., the training course) must be created by a qualified instructional designer, no matter who delivers the training. Attorneys can be qualified by virtue of their education or experience to serve as trainers, but the course still must have been created by a qualified I.D.  Do you see it that way, too?
