Court of Appeal Invalidates Section 10(e) of Wage Order
Order issued by Industrial Welfare Commission exempting employees covered
by a collective bargaining agreement from statutory requirement that two
meal breaks be allowed for shifts of more than 10 hours contravenes
statute and is invalid.
