Tim Fernholz counts 61. He’s a D.C. journalist and I’m not, but I would express some doubt over both Senators from Montana and Lincoln (D-AR) based on their Big 3 baiout vote. Of course that’s not the same thing, and if it were, you’d get 10 Republican votes.
